Products sold through MerryTree are shipped directly from China by a third-party supplier or fulfillment partner.

Order processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8 to 16 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, destination restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

An order may arrive in multiple packages, which may be delivered separately.

Our Shipping Policy provides additional information. Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies that apply when goods are not delivered within a legally required period.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy governs discretionary refund requests, the handling of damaged or incorrect products, non-delivery claims, and the standard process for approved refunds.

Under our standard procedure, a customer whose refund is approved is not required to physically return the product. The customer may keep or dispose of the item.

Approved refunds are generally initiated to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, although the payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Eligible consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods also remain unaffected.

Where statutory law requires a different remedy, procedure, or deadline, that law takes precedence over any conflicting provision in our store policies.
